Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Season 4 – Episode Title: "Delivering Baby Mason"?

I am looking for a particular song in the episode. It is where Scott visits Kourtney in their home and they talk it over about what had happened in the previous episode where Scott gets drunk. Some of the lyrics are: "so I know that we've got trouble; it's too late but I know" – I typed that into Google, but nothing.
