What can I feed a baby bird?

I found a baby bird on my back yard it has very little feathers so I'm guessing is just a few days old. I don't know what kind of bird it is but it's hungry when I get close to it it starts opening his beak waiting for me to feed him. What should I do?

I'm Australian and feed my baby S26 GOLD. He is now 6 weeks old and every time I feed him he is always vomiting. Sometimes it's lots and sometimes it's 2 hours after I feed him. I'm just wondering if it's normal for new baby's to always vomit after their feed and how do I know if I should change his formula?

When did you start feeding your baby solid food?

The recommendation these days seems to wait until 6 months but my baby stares at me when I'm eating and I let her taste some applesauce – and she loved it! She seems to be interested in starting solids but I'm not sure if I should hold off. What has been your experience?
